Description

Marvel at the UNESCO heritage site Mt. Fuji from different vantage points. Visit the lovely Oishi Park and ride the Mt. Kachi Kachi Ropeway. Make your way to the 5th Station and see the pristine springs of Oshino Hakkai.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellations made between 10 business days (16:00 local time) to 7 business days (16:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made between 7 business days (16:00 local time) to 1 business days (16:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 30% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made between 1 business days (16:00 local time) to 12 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 40% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made between 12 to 1 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
  • Any cancellations made after 1 hours prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

  • How to get to Shinjuku Station East Exit Hato Bus Stop:
    1. Get off at the Central East Exit of Shinjuku station.
    2. Look for the exit no. B13 (for subways) or follow the sign "for Kabukicho"
    3. The Hato bus stop is located in front of the ALTA building on the opposite side.

Restrictions

  • Infants (ages 5 and below) may join for free, but will not be provided a seat or a meal. If you require a meal and seat for children of this age, please book them as a child.
  • If less than 10 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.

Additional Notes

  • Please note that Mt. Fuji may not be visible due to bad weather. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
  • Please note that the return time may be delayed due to traffic conditions.
  • Special meals for vegetarians can be prepared and must be informed beforehand until a day before the selected date.
  • The tour may end 2-3 hours later than scheduled depending on traffic conditions. The tour operator is not responsible for taxi fares, overnight accommodations or other expenses occasioned by a tour’s late return due to unavoidable circumstances. No refunds are offered for tours that may leave the destination earlier than planned.
  • There is a possibility that the tour route may be changed due to traffic and road condition.
  • In the event of road closure on the Fuji Subaru Line, tour of the Mt. Fuji Fifth Station will not be possible. Instead, you will be taken to the Mt. Fuji visitor's center.
  • Please note that Mt. Fuji may not be visible due to bad weather. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
  • Drop-off service to the hotels after the end of the tour is not available.
  • Please note that the tour may operate using another company's bus or a limousine taxi.
  • In case Mt. Kachi kachi ropeway is closed, the tour will instead cruise on a sightseeing boat in lake Kawaguchi.
  • Depending on the traffic condition, tour on Oishi park may be skipped.
  • Meal menu is subject to change.
